    • compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),

    • monitoring service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    • running targeted advertising campaigns on social media (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

  1. Data may be shared only with IT and hosting service providers with whom the Administrator has data processing agreements.
  2. These entities have no right to process data for purposes other than service delivery for the Administrator.
